Days 29 ‘n’ 30. Practice under the chandelier

Morning is still my favorite time of day to practice, but nap time is a close second. Today and yesterday I had time to myself to (yesterday) stretch out some soreness and today practice the sequence I’ll be teaching tonight. I’m *so* happy to be back to just one class on Mondays!

Day 21.

Today is the shortest and darkest day of the year. I’m having a hard time keeping with my commitment to keep doing yoga every day. But I’m still doing something, even one little thing everyday. Sticking with it. Happy solstice all.
